It sounds to me like your power steering pump bearing is on its way out

sounds like the belt is lose and rubbing something check the belt and see if it has any unusual wear marks

Is the noise coming from the upper end or lower down. If upside I'd guess the PAS pump might be the cause. If lower down I'd guess the alternator, possibly the pulley assembly is hitting the coolant down pipe - was once on my car.
