  • flood was here

  • I love this song... me and my dad love it around Christmas time.

  • how come i think rudolph is so adowable? :3

  • It should be called "The procrastination song" xD

  • 'there's always tomorrow....'

    but not always.

    don't procrastinate ~

    seize the day.

  • "I think it's a handsome nose."

    the ULTIMATE compliment.

  • "Ralph Macchio" from the "Karate Kid" and "The Outsiders" kind of sounded like Rudolph imo.

  • I'm wondering if this was an anti-communist propaganda film, what with the "Red" nose and all.

  • when you were little, did you sort of think Clarice was kind of attractive even though she was a deer? uhhh... o.k. then.... maybe it was just me....

  • I just saw this special last nite..this song is so nice

  • "any doe would consider herself lucky to be with you" I think somebody once told me something similar to that once

  • :) this reminds me of what happen to me yesterday...

it was really magical..i was talking to my friend ( that is a guy) and really opened up to me about this family and everything...it was really sad what i heard...so i told him " theres always tomorrow"....he thinks he is different because people say he is an idit and all that but...i think he is wonderful :) instead of all those other boys who are the same.....

  • I don't know why, but I was just thinking of this song - it's so sweet. Too bad there's not more shows and movies like this nowadays. :( Thank you for uploading this! :)

  • I cry everytime i hear this.

  • that song is sad

  • This song moved me as a child, and still does. Her voice is pure magic. Rankin and Bass put together something very very special here, unequaled to this day.

Thank you for putting this on!

  • The rabbits and the racoons liked Rudolph too if you noticed in the video.

  • This has always been one of my favorites from childhood!

  • Seven people would rather watch Hannah Montana.

  • Janet is such a beautiful singer, i love the song too.

  • I think i just wet myself ! my eyes silly , my eyes !!!

  • This is like the opposite of what I was looking for but its really sweet :)

  • thumbs up if snl brought you here.

  • WHO EVER DISLIKED THIS IS A BITCH MAN!

  • @viperboy1652 U prolly got tore and disliked it yourself bro

  • I too, what a memory and wonderful time in life, when cartoons were so well made and what a craft is was. Beautiful song and still stays with me today, what fun...

  • I listen to this when I'm down and it always makes me feel better :)

  • I had a dream last night that I saw a woman was singing this to her dying child on a battlefield. Just would like to share that cheerful thought..........

  • i know how it feels to be different, i've struggled my entire life with two learning disabilities which made me different from others. and yet i've never been able to find a girl to accept me for who i am

  • @bunzy11

Keep the faith friend. I too have learning disabilities like A.D.D., and perhaps others. It held me back in formal education, but I found a woman that is smart, successfully educated in that formal sense, and beautiful that loves me for who I am! In any case, be happy for all that you are and learn to thank God everyday for I already see that you live in Canada like me, a place of great comfort unlike the majority of the world. Let us count our blessings today, and everyday!

  • @bunzy11 You're not alone, I haven't either

  • i love how soft this song is... i want to sng this when someone complains lol

  • I always sing this when someone starts complaining...it's hilarious.

  • This reminds me of how my girlfriend loves my big, crooked nose

  • Ahhhh, Clarice. ^-^ I've always <3'd this song soooooo much.

  • Seven people are going to find coal in their stocking.

  • I worship Arthur Rankin for this. He knew what a real christmas special was, unlike today's specials, where there are no misfits. In today's specials, you can be a grey man in a world of red people and still be accepted... What does this teach children, in life you will NEVER be made fun of for being different. That's just not right. I am glad there are people like Rankin and Bass, who know what christmas and being different is really all about.

  • @AYBProductions I love youre inspiration. Sadly, there still are children who will be made fun of, like my sister Katherine. She has Down Syndrome, which is very common nowadays. I hope you will still teach this inspiration. Thank you.

  • @AYBProductions Well said my friend. Have a great Christmas!

  • @AYBProductions true that! hear hear!!!

  • @AYBProductions Thank God that there are such beautiful people in this world

as you. Merry Christmas from Hawaii, Aloha <3

  • I remember singing this song to my kids as a lullaby...

it always got them to sleep

  • Too bad women like this don't really exist.

  • @woodrailking That's not true.^^ There are some of us that see the person on the inside and not just the one on the outside. xD So there some women/girls still out there like Clarice. You just got to hunt. Same goes guys.

  • @woodrailking argeed

  • @woodrailking I'd rather my women not be reindeer.

  • @aquaboy386 I'm happy with kindness and acceptance wherever I find it.

  • @woodrailking There are a few. Or at least I like to think so.

  • @woodrailking

Yeah they do. I'm married to one.

  • @woodrailking i do LOL hahaha

  • soooo lovelyyyy

  • Merry Christmas 2010!!

  • Amen, Clarice! Go git 'em, Grrrl

  • Ah. I understand now what is meant by a "classic." I'm twenty-two. I've seen Rudolph dozens of times. And this still made me smile watching it.

  • wooh go rudolph and clarice i still watch this movie im 12 and peopl are always like if you watch this or do that your lame well i tell them to shut up i love this stuff WOOH GO CLARICE

  • Truer words were never spoken. There REALLY is ALWAYS Tommorow. I love this song , such happy memories of watching it as a 3 year old back in `91 in my pajamas.

  • This has a Crossover Idea written all over it. Someone should deffinately make a crossover version of this.

  • I just love this song growing up, but this puppet version of Rudolph the red nose Reindeer is too dumb for me to watch. The cartoon version is better for me.

  • @SimpleJars noone blames you, but that puppet version is called Stop Motion Animation, just like Gumby, the California Rasins, and Wallace & Gromit who all followed afterwords just to let you know ahead of time

  • 7 people didn't make it till tomorrow.

  • I love the rabbits and raccoons singing.

  • My favorite childhood memories at Christmas.

  • @MsWeedLady is from Rudolf

  • This is one of my fav parts of that movie!!! Thanks for posting!!!!

  • so beautiful :)

  • Although Adam Sandler's Hannukah song is now classic holiday fare, I truly would love for Adam, in his oh-so distinct, innocent, warbly, quivery voice of his, to do a REMAKE of this Christmas song hit. Throw in some fava beans for Clarise.

  • Part of the reason this Rudolph Special is such a classic is because the music is really very good. This song in particular is a gem.

  • This really is a touching song. It reminds me to always believe and have faith, and it makes me sad and happy at the same time. I love Clarise, shes a real sweetie. I'm not going to lie, i cried when i heard this. She has such a beautiful voice and the meaning is true. Thanks so much for posting this, it really cheered up my day and Christmas Season.

  • i neede this

  • i always loved this movie aspechaly this song

  • its sad we dont have cartoons like these any more..

  • @stockvangboi Um, that's not a cartoon.

  • @DaveTKNeal hey smart ass, go watch spongebob.

  • haha rudolph that was some great shit

  • lol "I do not own Rudolph"

  • @jvgsjeff wish I owned a reindeer =)

  • If the apocolypse does happen, Ima ganna sing this.

  • This is wonderful!!!!!

  • Someone should write a conspiracy Christmas story...

  • @TheLittleBlackBear Hey, great idea !

  • Lady Gag! haha

  • i'd rather watch this than lady gag too!

  • 50 days left until Christmas! |) Go Janet Orenstein

  • OMG! Whoever posted this is genius!! *tears*

  • Long ago, we thought that there would always be tomorrow. I was a tiny little girl, when I first sang this song. My brother's used to boo me, when I did. Who knew how life would play out? It is hard to believe in tomorrows, anymore.

  • CUUUUUTTTTEE!!! <3 <3

  • Omg i use to watch this when i was little with my father, now things are so messed up now a days, what happened to everyone being happy? i loved this song, but now it makes me sad.

  • @KeydaChan It's a terribly sad song sentiment,

Clarise, fava beans, chiante, lionstigersbears omg!

It's a horrible, evil song to listen to in October!

    Happy Halloween! Smile! :)

  • "There's Always Tomorrow For Dreams To Come True..."

I'm going to have that put on a plaque and displayed in my den.

  • Anyone now where I can get the lyrics to this song?

  • I remember this cartoon as a kid : ).

  • This is a song that always gave me hope since I was a kid back when this Christmas special aired back in 1964. Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer had allot of morality and a message that we should respect one and other. I always believed in this song that one day, I too, will be happy with my true Love! I confess still today, in my late 40's, I still watch it every Christmas when I get a chance too at Christmas time. It's timeless!

  • Everyone, keep your personal disputes OFF of these videos. We do not need to have these videos tarnished with your garbage. And if you are wondering why I care it is because GOOD comments are pushed back by your rubbish disputes. Take your disgusting comments to e-mail. Thank you and good day.

Now, back on topic, thank you for posting this video. I love how the music had a very 1940s sound to it, despite being produced in the 1960s.

  • ugh i love this movie and christmas i love our house in christmas we have a little town on our window my moms friend made little clay figures and sometimes our cat knocks them off and the break i tell mom to try glueing them before we throw them away i always feel soooooooooooooooooooooo bad i we have to throw them away and then we have rudolph actionfigures rudolfs nose glows if you push down in his tail we also have figres for santa claws is coming to town i love them ^_^

  • LEAH SOUNDS LIKE THIS!

  • MY FAVE!!!!

  • I love 0:25 - But that's what makes it so grand...

  • i really wonder who her singing voice is...is it her speaking voice as well?

  • When ever someone says "Always" I start singing this song :)

  • I got my 2 year ol niece Rudolph and Clarice dolls for Christmas and when she opened Clarice, she shrieked, "Clarice!" and started singing this song. She is obsessed with this movie.

  • :'> that's so awesome and cute

  • Believe in your dreams, COME WHAT MAY, Abigail.

    -John

  • One of my FAVORITES!

  • i love rudolph....he represents all the misfist qualities among us...that are beautiful in God's eyes..:)

  • His nose can be a metaphor for any kind of trait, physical or mental, not accepted by others :-)

  • A Classic.

  • to see a real heat miser check out my "ring of fire juggling vid" it's HOT!!! haha

  • This special has so many good songs. I think that's why it's one of if not my favorite Christmas specials.

  • Critically the sound track to this is impressive. Were all these songs written for the cartoon. I know Rudolph wasn't but what about the others?

  • Rockin' Around the Xmas Tree was a hit before the movie. Same for Have a Holly Jolly xmas I think. Don't know about any others. Wiki was not so clear about it. Johnny Marks wrote the music.

  • Love this part of the show. "Any doe would be lucky to be chosen by you, Rudolf. Don't you forget it.

  • i love how adult-like her voice is

    love this movie♥

  • I really really really want one of those bunnies!!

    OMG they are so cute!!

  • It really stinks that they never brought Clarise back for "Rudolph's Shiny New Year" or "Rudolph and Frosty's Christmas in July"

  • Or Hermey or Yukon

  • Why aren't there any sweet girls like Clariese anymore?

  • @Wafuller there ARE girls like Clariese (sp)- unfortunately men like the Grinch usually ruins them!

  • @eighteenspeedpete i sooo agree lmao!

  • Lol, my mum told me I used to cry when I was little during this part. She'd ask why I was crying and i'd say 'cause Rudolph is sad'.

Thanks for posting this! Brings back memories (:

  • @ZebraconProductions --I feel the same way. And it is a pretty unforgettable song too. This is one of the movies that you care for the main characters.

  • . . . Brings back lots of childhood memories, lol. Thanks for sharing. Happy Holidays.::winks::

  • My favorite holiday show. Rudolph and Clarice. I am always happy when Rudolph escapes the Bumble!

  • I love this song!! It's so nice

  • This movie may be way older than me, but it is still my favorite holiday movie. ;)

  • They belong together, such a cute couple!

  • I'd rather watch Clarise in concert any day, over Lady Ga Ga and Baby Ya Ya and the rest of these bitches...

  • @zowiedied Clarise can out sell tickets too =)

  • @zowiedied RIGHT ON KIDDO!

  • @zowiedied LOL, ur funny, Baby Ya Ya...XD

  • I'll admit I got very teary eyed watching this. As a young girl,I loved this song-a song of Hope. I am 48 now and I just realized.........I always wanted to be like Clarice! Adorable role model-lol. Recently, when I was praying for God to heal my siamese cat, I sang her THIS SONG (not part of our sad video)........Lexi DID recover and is comforting ME.

Thanks a bunch for posting this *snif snif*

  • @UltraThinTrojan You stupid piece of maggot-eating shit!!! This is cocatwowoman's husband...your vicious, childish, disgusting remarks to her should to kept to your fucking self. You are obviously an immature idiot who does not know how to converse with real people-- keep your filthy, slimy, ignorant, low-life comments to yourself!!! Go fuck yourself up the ass!!! Any more of your comments will be reported to You Tube as harassment!!

  • @UltraThinTrojan Make love not war, ever heard of that? Take deep breaths and count to ten. Or if that doesn't work eat chocolate, or which ever candy you prefer.

  • @cocatwoman7 lol awwww I Always felt he SAME WAY about this adorable song and the adorable Clarice... this is a FAV of mine and I am 45, my son's too and he is 22 lol... nice memories... nothing like these old Christmas specials from "our day" to lighten even the hardest of hearts out there... smiles.

  • @cocatwoman7 so young. but she is very mature.

  • Coolest couple ever. Rudolph x Clarice!

I like the singing bunnies and raccoons too.

  • I agree 100%!

  • My goodness I can't believe this I got so teary eyed watching this. Thank you for uploading this I love this movie! :,)

  • This does bring me to tear in my eyes...I hope it wont do the same to you.

  • For some reason the sounds of the birds were omitted from the recent showings on TV. It just isn't the same without them.

  • I just love that the poster says "I DO NOT OWN RUDOLPH". If only that was followed by "HE BELONGS TO SANTA, WHO SAID IT WAS OK TO POST THIS".

    LOL

  • This is so cute! my mom loves this song.

  • This song makes me cry

  • Aww, i just love this movie. It's so cute how Clarice (the doe) And Rudolph walk off together in the end of the song.

  • The angelic voice is that of Janet Orenstein

  • angelic voice... who sings it?

  • This song probably more then any other takes me back to when I was young at Christmastime. Of course I never grew up anyway. LOL

  • darn birds! LOL

  • A song to remember forever which we should think at everyday. <3

  • What a great song. My inner child/reindeer is very satisfied

  • I can't wait to see this on stage some day.

  • For some reason Clarice sounds like Sleeping Beauty when she sings. This song always makes me tear up.

  • I quite like the instrumental to this song as well.

Clearly, one of the best songs of all the Christmas claymation specials.

  • we all pretend the rainbow has an end. shit. thats really meaningful advice for anyone.

  • Singing starts at 0:42.

  • A snippet of American culture at its best ... this will last for generations!

  • Oh Man!! Childhood memories...My favorite song from Rudolph...Clarice is a pretty little doe...=0)

  • my names Clarice... this is where they got my name from the jokes NEVR end!!! =p

  • lol...clarice...ahhh dr. lector...

  • Does anyone have the lyrics for Clarice's song?

  • try searching There's always tomorrow rudolph lyrics on google and you"ll get 'em! :)

  • This is one of my Christmas favourites! I can't get enough of the movie soundtrack, and inparticular, this one song. I listen to it even now, despite the season being well over. In fact, I plan to replay it tomorrow while I drive around. Let people everywhere hear it! xD

Great singer (for Clarice) as well! ;D
