i live in cwmcarn and ride this whenever i can, but due to lack of cash, im only on a diamondback DJ. so as you can imagine, its bumpy as shit, im getting a giant glory 2007 soon though, so hello smooth rides!

cwmcarn is brill bin bout 5 times but man the course is rough now they need to relay it and make it uber smooth im no pussy i like rough downhill tracks but it wud be faster is it was less rocky =}

nahh to dh follow the dh track up to were the bridge u go under

follow the road to the cross then go up the wrong way is like 5 minet up hill walk then down a small bit and your outside the carpark for the dh track

up the botom section then up to the bridge = like about 10- 15 maby 30 max if u keep stoping or ur fat then u just go up the road takes 5 minets then u get to the carpark were he turns the van around

lol no thats only to the freeride and it takes about 40 mins + 10 mins to get to the top of the downhill

it took me like an hour to get to the freeride but i rode up the cross country trail on a single gear.lol. what way is best to get to the freeride??

depends rly how lazy you are :)

if i just wanna get there quickly, i take the main road up to the top (follow the minibus with a huge bike rack on) after agessss of road you will get to a big gravel carpark. go to the opposite end of the car park and there is a bumpy lane that takes you right to the start of the freeride. its signposted i think. or if you wanna get to the the downhill, instead of stopping at the carpark, keep following the road right up the hill. =]

thanks mate thats the way i went but i am lazy and walked like half way because my bike is single gear lol n i like lounged about in the sun at the car park for a bit too.
