Um! we are all part of the universal conciousness, no need for membership just the ability to tap into it by quieting the mind. We are all disembodied on the Astral Plane. Not once have i been there with a full physical body. The frequency information on this vid is correct. Learning to tune into a frequency can take you to different realms.
