No offence dude, but that could have been put together better. Mainly the wings. The recolour is good, and the tail looks right, but the wing to the viewer's right just doesn't look good. The wing should be overlapping Dialga, but coming out where you placed it. Also, you should've erased the thing on Dialga's back. Overall, I say it's okay, but could use improvements.
