Thought it was interesting till the browser part....Only basic HTML as it seems......And the screen wont rotate horizontaly unless u slide the keypad, right? 2 main disadvantages, and i was so close in buying it...

Trust me ITS NOT WORTH OF YOUR MONEY. i've been using Ericsson phone for almost 10years but this one is NOT RECOMMENDABLE for a users friendly phone. for the Developers of this phone. i'll just rate in 2 out of 10. yes its appearance is good but its not very USERS FRIENDLY. if anyone of the viewers thinking of buying this phone, well dude your wasting you money on it. there are no options for call editing, sent and received item are NOT SORTED, its like a single conversation to your a person if you know what i talking about. also camera options, no zoom in/out. no picture editing and others. well, i just want to say that i'm not really satisfied with this gadget.

Dammm so many questions in the air ! Sonic Ericsson has got its own website which provides all the details about any of its phones ! Yes that txt pro is using Android (2.3). Now regarding its cost here in France (about 119€ Bouygues Telecom) and regarding the others brands as Samsung, Nokia or other, that S E txt Pro is really cheap for all it has inside. Really cheap. Dat video is well made (Thanks to PhoneArena). I was mostly Samsung but tomorrow I run to buy that TxT Pro :)))

two weeks after i bought this, the screen started to freeze and it does so regularly now! and it shuts down itself and doesn't get any service for a long while after you turn it on.

yesterday was the worst ever. i had to remove the battery, sim card, and memory card and then place them again after a few minutes before it started working again!

@leandroteck98 you are right it is good. i have it, it has some bugs like restarting sometimes. but thats ok. a software upgrade from sony ericsson will solve this(im sure even i didnt try it yet, but i heard it does, anyways i hope for a later version so they will imroove it more). the only thing i miss from this phone is the multitasking( maybe it will be added in a future version of its software).

i added on it a lot of aplications, i can watch youtube too with an aplication

btw how you instal apps? i tryd to put jar files on my microsd card but the app manager did not find them

@spiloFTW put them in your phone memory in the foder "other" and then enter in aplication settings from settings area and there you have install.

press install and you will have the jar instalation kits that you copied from pc or downloaded from internet (i use uc broswer for download and upload and opera mini for broswing, i also use sometimes bolt broswer to watch youtube).

did you upgrade? is there any diference in stability yet? does that youtube aplication work?

after the update it starts to load the vids, but i pay much for my mobile internet so a canclet it, i dont realy need YT on my phone xD but it works and thx for your help

I bought one yesterday and im half regretting it.

The design and material look cheap and the touchscreen is just awful. Too sensitive and not responsive sometimes.

And not one phone company (at least in the US) have a phone that does not require a data plan and feature wifi.

Plus sony ericsson makes good quality phones (Unless you buy one that was made more than 8 years ago)

Sony Ericsson sucks so badly. I currently have the TM 506 (yes, a f***ing flip phone) and the only thing I like is the games. They charge you way too much for below - par crap, and if you don't pay, they disconnect you. Oh wait- sorry, that's just T-mobile.
