Well Sternchen, I'm not sure but I guess its a song about loneness and sorrow. First he's trying to describe his feelings something about tears of blood and a hurting throat when he was singing the last time a song for somebody. Then it seems he's blaming himself and he's singing about that he has just said some words (Probably he's wondering about power of words). Then follows some trashy stuff about pain and loneliness in a tidied up room and that's it. Other suggestions?

I remember when he participated in some show in israel called "Kohav Nolad" which means a star borns, he was in the final but he won in the 2nd place.. the 1st place was suck, and we hear harel more than the 1st place.
