  • 2:22 HAHAHAHAHA "HERMMM ITS COLD!!"

  • 3:15

  • 2:15 am I watching a porn POV or ice bath review?

  • he says 1-2 mins btw and have a hot shower before and hot shower after

  • Is fat burning an internal process or an external process?

  • Why would anyone pay 10 bucks for 3 bags of Ice every day instead of just joining the local Polar Bears club and swimming in a lake... #deerps

  • Whoa whoa... if you read the book, Tim points out that there's the hard way, 'Protocol A - Torture Ice Baths' and, a much easier way, 'Protocol B - Placing an Ice-pack on the back of his neck and traps for 30 minutes' and that the much simpler Protocol B is 60% as effective with none of the risks.

  • Hilarious!

  • what the hell were you thinking?!

  • hey hey! Have you tried - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my auntie got detailed Six pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.

  • watch kimbo slice doing this on ufc camp so funny hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  • O.M.G. ARE YOU DUMB HOW COLD IS THAT!

  • Just a thought, but maybe you should put the ice cubes in the tub AFTER you filled it with cold water?..

  • I have been taking cold showers for about one week now and my body is getting "use" to the cold water. What I do is take a hot/warm shower first to open my pores and then I close them by standing cold water for about 2-3 minutes.

  • watching this with the youtube snow feature :)

  • this was funny, i needed a laugh today, thanx!

  • Ive done both cold showers and a cold bath as cold as it can go and I must say that the cold showers feel a lot better.

  • 0:29 did anybody else thought another guy is titting in the back????:)

  • @KileAcab sitting*

  • ........im sticking with the cold showers dude. I mean to feel heat from the back of your neck and back means it's working right?

  • @boondocks43 I am too....it just seems like too much "work" for the cold bath. Showers are better I think....it's still cold water and it's hitting all points of your body. I have washed my face for years in cold water and I don't have not ONE wrinkle or fold on my face....NO, not ONE.

  • HOLD ON! someone please reply. Wont' you get hypothermia or pneumonia from this?

  • @YohAsakuraKing That is completely possible. As I mentioned in the video, this is an idea that I tested out to demonstrate what NOT to do. Don't do it.

  • you did way better then I did, got perhaps 90 seconds half body and 90 seconds full body, even that was in and out of the water and it felt like I was burning even after I got out, it really felt like someone had put petrol on my legs and lit it..

    Well done, thanks for sharing

  • "Hehe, I'm not excited. :D"

  • Did yer nutsack shrivel?

  • Comment removed

  • i see.

so did you see any differences after the cold bath ?

  • @bigOdallasochoa I definitely felt more alive after the bath, or even just a very cold shower. I have since trimmed off the extra body fat with the help of food and nutrition, which is the method I much prefer.

  • Body fat is stored energy. The body "burns" it by converting it into energy. Most people seem to think that the only way you can burn fat is by exercising, but the body uses a tremendous amount of energy just to keep you warm. So if it has to work twice as hard to keep you warm, it will naturally burn much more energy (fat).

  • body fat?? dont you melt fat???

    like in a Sauna ?

how is that cheating the system ??

  • yes body fat melts. but to get hot enough you will also be cooking your flesh and muscle before you start seeing the temps high enough.

alternative is to freeze. causing your body to want to raise its metabolism through shivering and causing you to burn calories to try and stay warm.

  • brrrr

  • I've found cold baths to be way easier than cold showers. and yes... add the ice after you fill the tub. It gets easier to get into after a few days... after a few weeks it 'ain't no thang'.

  • Did u lose weight by that?

  • can i take a cold shower instead? will i lose ne calories?

  • I thought he said the ice pack on the neck worked just as well?

  • Jessevilla, glad you noticed that. That thought crossed my mind as well as i mentioned in the video. Cheers!

  • WHY WOULDNT YOU PUT ICE AFTER YOU FILLED THE TUB MORON

  • @jessevila I know

  • @jessevila Um, it wouldn't matter either way. That's why he's a Doctor and you're a moron.

  • @practicalwhacktical it would actually matter if you wanted the ice to stay in it's form for longer because it's already starting to melt as soon as the water hits it and in the time that it takes to fill the bath.

If you put the water in first and then the ice and get in right after that, it will also probably be more bearable as the water temperature will be dropping while you are in the bath rather than it be getting colder as the bath is filling.

  • @jessevila Why does he have to be a "moron?" Be nice please....SMH

  • @Famfriass yes he is my uncle. Thanks.

  • @jessevila be nice please. People on the internet are real people you know.

  • Im gonna try it one day...i think ima start with just the cold showers

  • haha i want a bath tub, i only have iced shower and i really hurts. hahha

  • That's crazy
