Nice little game. Thanks for sharing. As for the "Industrial" ending, I think your sail boat is actually turning into a steam boat (hard to tell with the graphics, I know). Which seems to fit the "Industrial" ending because the "Industrial" Revolution was started with the steam engine, and both steam and clouds are simply water vapor.

It appears automatically after you get the other 4. Once you've gotten the other 4 endings, it just shows up by itself about 15 to 20 seconds into a game.
