@crazychessie. You have to use a sniper to scope at an enemy right in front of you and stab while scoping DO NOT KILL. Then walk back and stab. You will dash automatically then as soon as you dash pull out your throwing knife and you should fly after that.

This is how you do it..... Be right next to the guy on the stump an scope In on him(hold) then press knife then throwing knife(hold).... Let go of aim than press (y) or triangle.....
