@cbrown6660 Yes Placido is a master and a true professional, that's why he don't need to critisize fellow singers, It gains him nothing. On the other hand those whom critisize needlessly just display' their own immaturity and lack of etiquette or refinement , which is closely associated with their ''actual' lack of ability, that's why they remain unknown wannabes. Did I mention, I'm a fantastic singer, in the shower at least in my own head,.. How about you? Katherine is great you're not!

@ClassicalRelated What a fitting reply and nothing less than they deserve...I'm fed-up of those people stalking Katherine. One question they can never answer is why they keep coming back to leave nasty comments, I've asked, is it jealousy, envy, malice, or just some mental disorder. I mean it's not the behaviour of a normal person; keep returning to things they clearly don't like. Katherine Jenkins has a beautiful face and body that really influence her music career, however, her voice is the well developed enough for opera or classical music! The only reason why she is popular is because she is physically beautiful..there so many more qualified singers who don't have as much luck with publicity...it annoys me!

True, the fact that Katherine is beautiful has assisted in her popularity. But no singer could survive on just that one quality. The fact that she is a popular singer is that she has genuine qulaities in that area. And she has a pleasant personality as well. These are extraneous factors but they do help in the marketing department.

Placido Domingo wouldn't invite her unless she had talent.

Katherine is beautiful and she has a great voice - there is nothing missing in this package! Years ago I went to see Ann Margaret perfom in Vegas. Her act was very slick and focused on her beauty and charm, but her voice left a huge void without the one clear high note that I longed for in her performance. The classic music scene provides me with more satisfaction.

Wow, she's already got a wobble in her mid voice. That only happens towards the end of singing careers. Now she'll never be able to sing a full opera. It's just never going to happen.
