  • @aaqucnaona94 gaand mara

  • also can be the pretty girl next door or the woman of your dreams

  • 38 people who liked jeevcy dont know simple mathematics calculation!!

  • overthrows shouldn't go against the bowler it's not his fault im a fast bowler myself and dont think it's fair it's a fielding error not a bowling one bye's dont go against the bowler and thats a fielding error usually by the keeper so why do overthrows

  • it must be england

  • well done you broke my speakers

  • its simple : overthrows happen ..

  • it is one of the amazing things of cricket

  • It is correct to award seven runs for this. If a boundary results from an overthrow, the runs scored are those for the boundary (four), together with those run by the batsmen at the instant of the throw (three). The third run, although not completed at the moment the ball was thrown in, counts as the batsmen had crossed. (Laws of cricket, 2000 code, Law 19.6 (ii) and (iii)).

  • Hehehe Afridi hit 12 run in 1 ball Boom Boom

  • only 4 runs not seven

  • The number of runs you get and the number of overthrows are counted seperatly and added up. They run 3 normal runs, then the ball went for four overthrows making 7 runs total. The runs that 'dont count' are those the batsmen started to run after the ball was thrown - note after the ball passes the keeper the batsmen start running again, that run does not count since the 'overthrows' have gone for four, but the 3 'normal runs' do indeed count.

  • Rightly, only the four should be counted.

  • ??? but if he threw it out the boundary wouldnt it hav been just 4 rune not 7

  • @MrBharath37 yes

  • @chrisyboy141 so if they shoulda gotten 4 runs y did they get 7

  • @MrBharath37 cos they ran 3 then 4 overthrows =7

  • @DAJAZDJ1 but shouldnt it still b a four?

lik wat if the fielder touches the ball but it still hits the boundary? lets say thats batsmen ran once during that time... is that 5 runs?

  • @MrBharath37 good point but there is a diffrence and i dont know the best way to explain it but overthrows are quite common in cricket but going four 4 overthows are less common plus all 7 runs go onto the batsmen's score even though he only ran a 3 he gets 7 for that

  • @MrBharath37 no, its still 4over throws

  • Must watch for Sachin fans.

    watch?v=MC1oI2SVLlo

  • i knew this before the video started.

  • why i can no sho it......

  • Well, atleast were now no.1

  • whtttttttttttttttttttt aaaaaaa throww

    and wht a shotttt

  • Wowwwwwwwwww it great

  • hate that

  • Oh..Overthrow dude...Happens all the time !!!

  • Super

  • that's why we are great - we are indians

  • 0:13 so many birds

  • ferfeet4rewr3

  • lol... only 4 runs will be counted....

  • @utkarshverma013 you get 7 runs for that...

  • @utkarshverma013 he gets 7 because the 3 runs ran b4 the overthrow are added onto the 4

  • @utkarshverma013 no its 3 runs plus 4 overthrows

  • wtf was flintoff doing at 0:23

  • Sri Lanka vs India in Finals! Go INDIA!

  • @TWiSToFHaTE329 india won !!!!!!! india go dhak dhak go!!!!!!

  • @TWiSToFHaTE329 if u havent heard, India won =]

  • Awesome! I love to see lots of runs from one ball! Lots of birds on the pitch!

  • lol trust it to be against england :P

  • good running between the wickets

  • i did something like that once when i used to play... :-S

  • Flintoff spits. The lout. He did as much as anyone to lower standards of decorum in cricket.

  • gud video..nice attempt

  • So Ricky can wait,

Shane Warne is too late and there's no Glenn McGrath,

    Gilchrist's had his day,

And don't look back to Langer,

    He cannot play.

  • @bridgie1991 umm... why are u saying this when all those guys apart from Ponting have retired

  • Why are there birds on the field??

  • That man had one heck of an arm... He threw the ball from the boundary line, it hit the stump and still had the legs to outrun all the fielders and go to the boundary rope...

  • @cakes181286 No hoggard threw it to KP, who then went to throw it to Jones behind the stumps, but in his arrogance, threw the ball at the stumps, for no real reason, missed the lot and it went to the ropes. The stumps were not touched

  • wht happened to best fielding sides

  • what if the ball had hit the helmet on it's way to the boundary? would they get the 5 penalty runs along with these 7 runs totaling to 12 runs?

  • @jeevcy yes, because it has obstructed the field

  • @Jamal92554 no they wouldn't, because the ball would be dead once it hit the helmet. so it would have been 8 runs

  • @jeevcy no then they would just get the 8 (3+5).

  • @jeevcy ... NO.. it will only be penalty....

  • @jeevcy THAT would be hilarious

  • @jeevcy The ball becomes dead the moment it hits the helmet. The question is than if the the players already crossed or not the moment the ball hits the helmet. If they did not cross they would get 2 of the bat + 5 penalty runs, if they did cross it would be 3 of the bat + 5 penalty runs.

no matter what happens with the ball after it hit the helmet it becomes dead. It also means that at that point no run outs or "boundery overhrows" could happen.

  • @NeoNeke no it doesnt, if the ball hits the helmet and continue on it course and makes it to the boundary it is still consider 5 + 4 runs, the ball only becomes dead at two stages, once the keeper has caught and realised the ball, or if the ball was not completed properly they are the only two times a ball is consider dead!

  • @sauzer65 And what about the time a catch is made, what about the time a wicket gets bowled over,... there is a huge list of instances the ball becomes dead. Here is the excerpt from the laws:

    Law 41.3

...and the ball while in play strikes it, the ball shall become dead, and 5 penalty runs shall then be awarded to the batting side...

Law 23 - Dead Ball even mentions the above rule and and gives a full list of instances the ball becomes dead and that NO further runs can be scored.

  • @jeevcy : no they would get 5 runs instead of 4... making it 8 runs in 1 ball

  • @lisamitro Whether 8 or 12, the point is your mom continues being a whore. :)

  • @jeevcy no js wudv biin 8

  • @jeevcy wrong sir, if the ball hits the helmet, its a dead ball.

  • lol..^^

  • first time I saw that :O

  • haha arrogant pommies

  • @autubeuseriam

Fucking Aussies look like a bunch of amateurs right now (the most arrogant side captained by the most arrogant man on the planet)

  • @Speedof88 comments from an arrogant twat to match

  • @yokden Hardly. I just love seeing arrogant sides get their comeuppance. Australia in cricket and Chelsea in football. They just can't handle it and I find it humorous.

  • @Speedof88 the australian cricket team has never been arrogant. You've most likely come to that conclusion thru a jealousy induced rage. I'm also guessing that your football team hasn't beaten chelsea in quite a while.

  • @parallelogramammoth You know, you really shouldn't just guess when you are trying to make someone look stupid. I support Manchester United and the recent record between us is pretty much even. Chelsea are 5th in the league and Australia just got caned in their own country. Why can't I enjoy that? It's not like it happens every day.

  • @parallelogramammoth thats bullshit

  • If i recall we won the '07 series 5-0 and made you guys look like you just picked up a bat and ball for the first time. Don't be so quick to forget your sorrow past, at least we have the ability to put on a good fight even when we are rebuilding our side.

  • @mcm0015

Keep clinging on to the past mate, it's all you have at the moment :).

  • @mcm0015 True, but we've won 3 out of the last 4, and it doesn't look like you'll get a win in the ashes for the next 6 or so years.

  • @abyz1256 Hmm and you just got thumped by ireland in a one dayer, you also got crushed 6-1 in one dayers when you were down here. Youve taken advantage of one of the weakest and out of sorts sides in Aussie Cricket history and yet you could still only manage that 3 outta 4, pretty pathetic considering how bad australias performance was... Oh yeh and when we crushed you 5-0 your team was "stronger than ever" and the next "super power" in test cricket. HA

  • @quiet1234 You're not going to win an ashes series in 6 years, I'm telling you.

  • @quiet1234 Do you want a fiver on England getting further than Australia?

  • @abyz1256 LOL, I guess technically England lasted longer than Australia.

  • @Speedof88 enjoy it while you can mate. it won't last long !!

  • poor Freddie

  • I didnt know that was allowed LOL

you mean if you run, even for 1, and the ball goes out of the boundaries for 4 or 6, you plus 1 to it?

  • @TheQuintin123456 only on overthrows, If a batter hits a 4, any running doesn't count

  • @TheQuintin123456; that ball had not crossed boundary first time, i see wht you mean about runs being counted even if ball crossed the rope but this time it is was an overthrow

  • For those ppl that r confused

    THEY RAN 3

    THEN THE OVERTHROW FOR FOUR

    3+4=7

  • thats not 7

  • @coolkieran ran 3, 4 overthrows = 7 runs one ball

  • @coolkieran fail

  • :)) good one

  • MY ONLY EVER 6 SO FAR was a 2 then 4 over throws :D hahha

  • what happend on last 3 runs? overthrow?

  • Don't they need to get rid of all the birds?

  • @nospeedlimHN you cant get rid of the birds. they just come back

  • could have been 8 .. had that hit the helmet

  • E9 ? E6 ? Way to many errors---> Back to the minor leagues !! ☻

  • South africans are definitely the best cricket players

  • @diekoekemoer south africans are a bunch of bottlers its a big part of why they havent won much

  • Only England could do that. I'm losing faith in everything to do with my country.

  • @slytherinsheirx: Australia did it even better (they often do!) in 1975 in the home Ashes series. Short single (1 run), attempted run-out missed stumps ends up at long leg (2 runs). The return from the fielder in the deep sailed down the middle of the wicket and ended up going over the boundary at extra cover (4). 1 + 2 + 4 = 7.

  • @slytherinsheirx Y??England Won the T20 World Cup???

  • @19raghu Good point.. just... well. I can't really explain it's just... Really disappointing. Nothing really gives me any confidence that we'll do ok.

  • my mum predicted the 4 overthrows

  • That summed up that Ashes series

  • i thougt the runs dont count if the ball pass the boundery

  • in an overthrow you get the runs you ran before the throw passed the pitch as well.

  • ahh

    oke got that

  • @scorpions411 its called overthrows, they get the runs they ran + the boundary.

  • yes but they are if over the boundary :P

  • bloody poms need to give up cricket and go back to pussy shit soccer

  • @scooting4life12 Ass hole convict!

  • I agree. We should give up cricket. That way you'll never get the Ashes back.

    lol.

  • @scooting4life12 hi hamish mcgowan, your 12 years old and you like scooting. Dont go calling a sport that involves physical excercise for pussies because you ride a scooter, full stop you are a pussy. Australian faggot.

  • england isnt good at odi

  • true, but this is not ODI...!!!

  • @brittanymaywelsh1 then y did we win ashes and it not odi

  • nah maybe it just the fact that England sucks

  • englad doesnt suck... they just suck compared to australia... because australia rapes everyone at cricket :D

  • @jackrusselkilla...thats the best comment ive heard all day :)

  • yes the birds did the trick

  • Haahahaa lol xD

  • haha although the invented it, i must say they are crap in it...

  • We spanked those Aussies last year though didn't we :D

  • NO U DIDNT pommy

  • 2-1.

  • Comment removed

  • Yeah, I remember watching that game. Couldn't believe it actually happened at international level!

  • haha suck shit poms

  • great running

  • SUPERB

  • Comment removed

  • AHAHAHA now that is true australian style, freddie looks so pissed you just have to laugh at him :D

  • Hahahahahhahahaa

  • what a bad nightmare it was for England fans & supporters to see their team gettin whitewashed like this...after all the glory of 2005!

i guess absence of Tres, Vaughny & Simon Jones did them in. Also bad form of Harmy.

  • Fielders should always be backing up, that's embarasing at any level let alone test cricket.

  • geraint jones you plonker

  • i didnt think geraint jones was playong that series (correct me if im wrong), i remember that tosser Paul Nixon though

  • i do remember nixon playing the ODIs but im pretty sure jones played all the tests (jones is the keeper in this vid) . ... if only somebody in england liked chris read... sigh...

  • the runs go against flintoff

  • Are the four runs from the overthrow considered extras or runs given by Flintoff.

  • all runs go towards batsman

    that is, against flintoff

  • one word...VILLAGE!!

  • Shit man, even if I was playing my village side and that happened, I would be pretty fucking outraged!

  • therez a four in it..

  • No, the next Ashes series is end of 2010/11 (18 months) in Austrailia then 2013 in England!!

  • every 1 and a half or 2 actually it goes from england then australia back to england then australia..

  • its every 2 summers and cus aussies summer is our winter its year and half

  • the ashes is every 18 months dooche

  • ya u r right this is ashes2007

  • There was a 2006-2007Ashes series won by Australia. The match is not played every 4 years. Do some research before you start calling peope names........you tool/idiot.
