  • for 2nd gen its on cydia in utilities

  • yup, and its new and improved.

mewseek pro is also on 2.x in Cydia but I didnt try this, to see if it works.

Im still on 1.1.4, you should check to see if this is possible on 2.x.

    Thanks for watching.

  • im using cydia. i cant find iphone file broswer in the ispazio source or any thing else. is there any alternate source i can get this from. please reply asap

  • It might not be available in Cydia for 2.x.

Im still on FW 1.1.3 for various reasons.

  • Where is my applications folder? I have the 2nd gen ipod touch.

  • sweet bro i got it legenend

  • Hey hey whats an FTP programme ?? And how would i use it to install this file.

  • Thats a very big question.

It has to be SFTP too, not FTP (I believe)

    Watch Ty's video

    watch?v=DA2tGJr-rGo&feature=channel_page

  • i downloaded it now wat folder do i put it in when i ssh it

  • You downloaded WHAT? Im not sure what you mean. Torrentula? or the bug fix for Torrentula?

Torrentula goes in the /Applications folder.

The bug fix goes in the /Applications/Torrentula folder

  • Nevermind, now I understand you. Yes, /Applications folder.

  • Please help. I copied Torrentula.app to my Applications folder. Now when I start Torrentula it automatically exits out to the Home screen without me asking it to? DId I do it wrong? How should I do it?

  • highlight all files in the .app folder and then right click and change the permissions to 755. If that doesnt work, try 777, or 775.

    peace bro

  • U CAN EMAIL ON IT??

    if yes?

    cool!!!!!

  • Fuck yeah you can man!!!

  • a man I am having trube adding source for torrentula I think it does't work no more can you make a new source with it oh and today is 8/30/08 ok

  • My bad for the late response. The source is dead. Ive had to restore and now I cant Download it anymore, source doesnt work. Sucks.

  • Hey man, I dont know if you saw it yet or even care anymore but I have "Torrentula.app" for you to download and then manually install on your ipod or iphone.

I had it backed up but didnt know, I just recently remembered.

  • hey man im got my torrents up in torrentula and it downloads for a bit but then after about 10 min the torrent stops and it says its trying to connect. Then my i lose my internet connection and i have to redo the process which is a waste of time. Is there anyway to help the downloading go smoother?

  • You can try to change the script that I have attached.

    That sometimes helps.

Yes you might just have to respring, to reconnect to the internet, and then reopen Torrentula which takes like 10 seconds of your time, that may be the only fix for now, hopefully this will be released for 2.0 with the various needed fixes.

  • ok thx alot man ill try it out

  • would this work with the itouch 2.0?

  • yeah if you could get torrentula and islsk from Cydia on a jailbroken ipod touch or iphone on 2.0, but unfortunately you cant.

I imagine these applications will make their way to 2.0, but maybe not for awhile. Ill update this video if they ever come out.

  • thanks it worked

  • Im glad it worked for you.

  • how do u get torrentula??

  • can you do it with movies

  • If you read the comments (my comments) on this page then you would have seen me say, just the other day, that NO, its not possible YET.

It would be possible to do this if there was an application to import movies to ipod.app like iSlsk, unfortunately there isnt.

We will have to wait until there is.

Also, I imagine it would take quite awhile to import a movie.

  • I got it straight from installer, i didnt have to add a source. It should be in community sources, try to update your community sources. Or just do iPhone Touch Filebrowser on a google search and find Stephen Bayer's site on his application Filebrowser. He should have precise instructions on how to get his application. Its very similar to MobileFinder but I seem to like Filebrowser a little better. It looks and operates nicer, however, I also use MobileFinder for certain things.

  • afteri imported them to my music player i went to look and c if they went there and when i opoened up the music player it just went back to the home screen so i tried again and it didnt work wat should i do . and does this work with movies

  • Have you ever downloaded music from iSLSK? Im not sure, that never happened to me. You have to remember your music player is only able to play AAC (apple format) or mp3 music files. Im not sure why it crashed.

No this doesnt work for movies, only music.

Has your music player opened yet?

  • yah if it's from islk u have to have your itunes account on in order for it to happen cuz my itunes has been messed up and hasn't been able to cooperate with islk

  • Im not sure what you mean. I havent had any trouble with iTunes and iSlsk. I know that there have been problems though, such as your iSlsk downloads being deleted after syncing in iTunes. There is a fix now in iSlsk for this. Im not familiar with iTunes account affecting iSlsk but like I said Im not having problems with it.

  • when I download something with Torrentula, The download pauses when I get back to my homescreen :(

How do i fix this? (please PM me)

  • You have to change the script. Watch my other video, its pretty self explanatory. its the video on converter pro and torrentula.

I changed the script and it works better. Sometimes it crashes, its just a sketchy application. I suggest downloading music CD torrents, not over 100-15mb. When you try downloading (movies) 500MB-1GB it just cant do it. It still works but takes forever to finally download and usually crashes in the process. CDs are Ok though

  • how do u delete the song if you dont wont them

  • Probably through iTunes. iTunes utilizes your music library and whats in it when your ipod is connected. Tell you the truth I havent checked that out but Im sure its possible.

HOw do you delete songs from iSlsk, you should be able to delete these songs the same way.

Ill check it out and get back to you. Thanks for asking and commenting.

  • OK now i found out. You have to use iTunes to delete the songs FOR NOW. THere might be a way to delete the songs without iTunes but for now you can delete them in iTunes.

iTunes recognizes the songs as if they were transfered to ipod using iTunes, the same is true for iSlsk.

So, there you go, and thanks for thinking to ask about this.
