@flarnot you wont get banned but sometimes if you play with certain codes online then nintendo will kick you off cause you were using that code and its doesnt work online but to fix that all you have to do is take off the code.. So in short Im saying no you can't be banned or something like that but your online game like if you play animal crossing city folk you'll have to take off the code
