Their best album to date. Thrill Seekers was pretty cool, Messengers wasn't bad in short bursts but had far too many needless breakdowns and soon became gruelling to listen to and just downright boring. This new album is far more melodic, the songs are all well-structured and all the breakdowns have been fitted in perfectly. "Meddler" is an absolute beast of a tune.

Yea I think Constellations more thought out and produced better. I think they really grew as musicians, and tried to make the something that no one else out there in the whole metal scene could compare too.

I agree, he does mention currents, waves and being carried away a lot. I think Jake is trying to connect water or currents with constellations though. You know how currents pull you away and force you to move with them or be 'connected' with them? Constellations are the same, he may be explaining how so many people are 'connected' to things like fashion or a label that they move right along with it and don't even bother being themselves. I may be way off but I love analyzing things.

I think the waves symbolize the whales in the ocean that kill the smaller fish. We need to be the waves. And the constellations are all the stars which are very........ hot. We need to be hot like stars and not cold like small fish.

I got the idea when I saw the little motion picture banner on their myspace. I saw the little stick figures holding onto a line connected to a star and they were tugging and I told myself 'What the heck are they doing?' Then I saw a few stick figures running with kites, which I think resemble people who are actually free-living, or people who live as themselves and not someone else who is stuck on trying to be something else, or stuck holding onto a star.
