Well, those who think of homeopathy as placebo need brainwork. Millions of patients all across the world, from Queen Elizabeth to Mahatma Gandhi and Bill Clinton to Mandela to Bachchans and Ambani patronize homeopathy. Those who have mental block about homeopathy are ones who get themselves deprived of the benefits.
There are four different reasons behind homeopathy-efficacy claims...
1) It was going to improve anyway (bruises, teething pains, etc)
2) It didn't improve but it looks like it might have a little (weak analysis)
3) I had faith in it working, so it really helped (placebo effect)
4) Said claim is a total lie
Everything fits into one of these four explanations. There's nothing more. Homeopathy is pure and utter bullshit. Only two types of people claim it works: charlatans and morons.

Anecdotal evidence. Placebo effect. Guy would have healed anyway.
It's like me having a cold, and standing next to a pole, waiting to get better, and then saying that that pole cures colds.
Homeopathy is a dirty disgusting scam that crooks use and abuse to sell products to ignorant gullible impressionable people.
