I'd say currently, he's ducking the issue. What I don't agree with is this: If the corporate execs made the bonuses because they worked that hard and were that damn good, who cares? I could be wrong on that interpretation, but my suspicion is that he meant that there was no positive, curative action on part of the Fed.
