how do you make a karaoke like this one...?

It's kind of complicated minsan especially after synchronizing all the lyrics. I have to make some adjustments of every single words na tumama sa timing nang music. Then, I have to create an MPG file or AVI file to use for my videoke background and this I have to use another program. And there's still a cutting of clips involved during editing and creating the final video.
