I have pretty radical views on this subject, I guess, because I feel, and I KNOW, that people that will do these things to an animal, will do it to a person. And as far as I am concerned it is a FAR WORSE CRIME, because animals are INNOCENT.

And once someone has done this to an animal, they will do it again, because they think they're supieor to animals, and they should never be allowed to even handle an animal ever again.
