My employer Trico Lift sent out on rent a JLG 3969 scissor lift that i had just locked out unsafe where the steering cylinder was 90% out of the retaining channel.JLG even has a service bullitin out on this with an upgrade kit called an antirotation bracket.Trico Lift sent this JLG3969 into a Sunoco refinery.I provided OSHA every piece of Trico documentation they knowingly commited this.Can you tell bmarker10 if this JLG3969 was safe for rent?
