No offence, but the contrast is too high to look natural. This is good for a quick dreamy effect, but most professionals look down on it. Surface blur works better, but there's a much more complicated process for real airbrushing.

I used cs1 2 3. Personally I love 3 and it's interface more than 2. If you're paying for it though. Photoshop 2 has all the power you will need at a better price. Save the money and get a wacom tablet.

What's the difference of using either one of them? also where can I download or buy the original photoshop? like cs1, 2, & 3. Well mostly the version of what everyone uses for tutorials and such! because everytime I'm finding a tutorial is the old photoshop, no Photoshop 4.0 or PSP X2 :/

CS2 for certain. CS3 is just glammed up, Ill keep my processor for imaging thank you very much and youll save yourself quite a bit of money!!!
