It's Vivaldi's the four seasons and this particular piece is the Winter of the four that excist, I can't give cred to these kind of producers no matter what he did with it, he just taken the best part and looped and without that part this track would not be at all, that's how important that mainriff is for this track.

He is not claiming it his own work (except for the beats and bass ect.), if you have ever listened to daft punk, they sample alot of 70's & 80's disco and funk and make bangers with the samples.
