@tickydude Legend mode is not something that can be unlocked. It is a new mode that comes with the Dynasty Warriors 4 Xtreme Legends expansion. You have to buy it.

You need to have the Xtreme Legends expansion to get their level 11 weapons. Then you just have to achieve an S rating when you finish their stage in Legend mode in expert difficulty.

Get a high level Peacock Urn and grab all those life +10 Meatbun bundles (not the health ones but the ones that actually increase the length of your life bar).

I have no clue. Items found during battle are random, but you can increase your chances of finding high level items by playing hard level stages on highest difficulty. You can also equip yourself with Luck to better your chances even more.

Her weapon was not so bad compared to a couple of others. You just had to defeat the enemy officers that appears on parts of the map in less than 1 minute after they appear (There are 3 of them and you have to kill all 3 within 6 minutes). Before you go up to the exit point, achieve 300 KOs before 15 minutes and you'll get the weapon. Killing the last 2 officers that run away was the only challenging part, and they aren't even a requirement in obtaining her weapon.

So Da Qiao's level 11 weapon is kinda easy to get. Try getting Xiao Qiao's level 11 weapons. It was a really really hard and made me wanna cry (well... not really). For Xiao Qiao, you had to beat Dian Wei, Xiahou Dun, Xu Zhu, Cao Ren, Xiahou Yuan and Cao Cao. You have to also achieve 100 KOs, defeat Cao Cao 4 times, do it in less than 15 minutes, and you are not allowed to use any items or bodyguards!

You need to have the original Dynasty Warriors 4 and use the "Load Original" on the main screen.

To get a person's level 11 weapon in this game, you just have to finish their respective Legend mode stage in Expert difficulty and get an S ranking.
