I feel envy because this guitar is a masterpiece ...
the pickguard is the only error, which in addition to pick-up also includes the bridge, the pickguard of Brian May's guitar can be removed without taking the strings off because the bridge is not included in the pickguard...
The Basic is made from solid mahogany with chambers, ebony fretboard, graphite nut, wilkinson roller bridge, and other little different details comparing to the original (you can see all the specs on my website)....the Extreme is just like the original

Interesting! How come the gap in the blockboard joint around 0:45 and the excessive grain runout in the headstock at 1:04? I wasn't expecting to see things like that, dude.
@Prostheta The gap you see is because the two layers of the body weren't already glued but only screwed. I don't know why abot the grain runout, but the neck was perfectly quertersawn
the head stuck look thicker then brain may guitar and the sound that was played in the video not like brain sound but that could be coz of the pr amp that was use but over all i think that that guitar look very good
wow man, i'm more than impressed and i think you're giving inspiration to everyone out there to build his own guitar. may i ask where i can find this forum to get some information about the building process? cant find it on google =P
absolutely stunning!!!! amazing work, what a finish...and thanks for the specs at the end, it answered most of my questions. the visual journey of this construction speaks volumes, thank you for posting. I find this very inspiring to get myself together and have a go at a build. And, the soundtrack was great, thanks again..
Are those acoustic strings?

@corradomay Yeah, it seems the grain shifts direction around the nut area. Cut on the quarter perhaps, but maybe a bent tree ;-)
