Me and my girl saw the same thing only it was blue, it was flying about 20 or 30 meters high with the same speed in one straight line, it was during day time and it was definitly no balloon, we really want to figure out what the hell that thing is.

i saw the same thing in my neighborhood. It was nighttime though. Its not a balloon. These things are being thrust forward by some kind of power source.

That wasn't doing too well. Plasma flares were coming out and even went black, reverse light or too bright for the camera. Can't see any thing else but its attitude must have been whack and couldn't fly right.
