  • This is getting some honor in Verbolten, its replacement.

I may be going here next summer! Sounds like it'll be a blast!

  • watch soon they are gonna take out lochness monster

  • No, nessy's fine, its a design issue iwth BBW, or rather the type of coaster, its safe maintainable life span is shorter then most coasters. The ride itself was safe, but they if anything DID go wrong, with it outside of that span, it'd be their financial backsides

  • i loved that ride when i was little

  • You can not really ever find small-kid and first-coaster-ride friendly rollercoasters like this any more! :(

  • fail. the drops are 98 and 59 feet.

  • @KurlybobHotpants eh, its a commercial. they usualy exagerate like w/ all the spe up footage in this. If you look at all the brochures and commercials for The Beast @ kings island from 1979, they said the ride goes 70 Mph when it really only goes 65 Mph.

  • why cant people understand that volcano is better than alpengiest, anaconda is better than loch ness, and dominator is better than griffon! im so sick of people fighting about it! KD beats BGE!!!!

  • ur stupid

iv never seen a coaster at busc gardens break down and iv been there at least 15

times and been on EVERY ride

alpengeist griffon apollos chariot SMOOTHEST coasters in the world

    lochness monster smoother than anaconda

anaconda has a stupid turn drop thats not steep at all then goes underwater tunnel yipee (sarcastic) lochness is only coaster that has interlocking loops

alpengeist TALLEST inverted coaster on EARTH griffon TALLEST FLOORLESS DIVE COASTER on EARTH

    take that

  • Alpengeist lift frequently gets stuck and Griffon closes almost every time the wind blows. Loch ness gives people concussions, Anaconda just is a but bumpy. Loch Ness is a bumpy old spine snapper. Griffon is just two drops and two inversions, and Alpie is one of the most unreliable coasters out there. Take that (what a dumb comeback).

  • u dumbass

lochness didnt even force me an inch

to the side and alpengeist is smooth and

    perfectly working coaster

griffon is one of the worlds most poular coasters take that and keep it

  • It really does not matter what loch ness did to you, it hurts almost everyone else! Alpie may be smooth, but that means nothing for its reliability, which frankly would put it into the "maintenance nightmare" genre. Griffon, once again, is just two drops and two inversions. Nothing more, nothing less.

  • alpengeist has had a couple problems

    but only in 12 years

its been working just fine every time i go there (15 times) and busch gardens has 4 of the best coasters in the world

lochness dosnt hurt anyone i know and herd rode it take it and keep it

  • Alpengeist has had almost as many problems as Volcano, and Volcano is a prototype while Alpie is a proven B&M. What are these four coasters you speak of? I cannot think of one that does not have a better counterpart somewhere else. Loch Ness gave my cousin and Aunt a concussion, so to say it is not bumpy at all is a flat out lie.

  • u and ur aunt are 2 ppl out of 6,000,000,000 ppl

    4 coasters

apollos chariot alpengeist lochness Griffon! im gettin off the loser express now so save the argument for tomorrow alrite!

  • no me, my cousin nimrod. 6 billion people have not ridden that and I would wager a lot of money that at least 35% of riders leave loch ness riders leave with some sort of injury. Griffon, for the last fucking time, is just two drops and two inversions, how in the hell does that qualify that for best coaster in the world? Appolo is easily beaten in height and airtime by Nitro, Diamondback, and Behemoth. Lochness is just plain awful, and Alpie breaks down 3 times a week. Maybe 4 of the worst!

  • ur wrong about everything

except nitro is better than apollos chariot

but griffon is all adrenalen rush and

awsome and dont complain about alpengeist breaking down just appreciate

it appreciate roller coaster and dont argu about them

  • Nice Spelling. Anyway, Griffon is a short boring dive coaster and Alpie is an ride ops nightmare.

  • u know what

ur 1 person in 6 billion ppl

i dont care about what u think

  • Once again 6 billion people don't go to busch gardens. Only about 1 million a year.

  • You really are dumb. Last year's attendance figures were over five million.

  • TEA Attendance report puts it at 3 million.

  • yeah ppl all over north america

(america Canada) go to busch gardens

and the population of USA is over 200 million so get a brain and put it in ur head

  • no but alot of them do

  • okay can we just stop arguing

im getting sick of getting mail in my inbox from u

  • Never sent you any messages, but I agree to stop arguing

  • no i mean when u reply to my comment

    it goes to my inbox

    so lets stop arguing

  • Okey dokey

  • Griffon is the world's tallest, and first floorless dive coaster. LNM is the only coaster in the world with interlocking loops. Alpengeist is the world's tallest and fastest inverting coaster. Apollo's Chariot has the most feet of drops on any hypercoaster-895 feet of drops to be exact. BBW is aruguably considered the world's first successful suspended coaster. It's hard to read your posts with those ridiculous text abbreviations, it shows immaturaty.

  • @tvnewsguy42 no, alpengeist is still the tallest, but no longer the fastest since 1998. Volcano: The Blast coaster is currently the fastest at 73 Mph. Alpengeist is still a fantastic ride though it still reigns as one of the best.

  • @tvnewsguy42 its not the only one, it was the 1st though

  • @KingsDominionLvr dude, chill, people love both parks, KD for the rides, and BG for the scenery, rides, and overall theme

  • @ThePatriotsFan100 Dude bro man i'll chill if I want to, I don't need some hippy telling me how to live my life!

  • Dude, Shockwave and Anaconda are crappy coasters! And how are BGE's coasters crappy? Each of the coasters at BGE, except for the new kiddie coaster, currently holds a record.

Oh, and I highly doubt KD is getting a hyper in 2010.

  • I can see that you have ridden Shockwave and Anaconda one too many times by the fact that you aren't making any sense. See what TOGO death machines do, they give severe concussions and cause memory loss.

  • Looks similar to The Bat that was at KI

  • It's the same type of coaster and was designed and maufactured by the same firm, Arrow Dynamics, but that's about it. The Bat had numerous problems. The track was not banked, putting a lot of strain on the wheel assemblies and the cars' brake fins were below, instead of on top, which put a lot of pressue on the brakes.

  • I love the Big Bad Wolf!!!
