Thing is, if other people are talking bad about you, it's usually not linked to your profiles, just referred to by name, which can be problematic if you have a very common name, like I do.
@uDaeth I've used them before for a couple of clients. If you have a common name, you're going to get some false positives. In my experience, they're very effective at burying negative stuff that's on pages 2-10 of the search results, not so good at dealing with things that are on page 1. Only real solution is getting your happy customers to post reviews w/o triggering Yelp's auto-filtering. I think money is better spent on CitySearch, which syndicates their reviews to other sites for a fee.
