do you use rain-x on the housing or does it come with a coating to shed the water?

@z06lingin nope I just use the lens "as is"

was the gopro upside down? and how did you set it up? a post sticking out and then with a handle bar mount?

@crappysammy yep upside down. used the vented helmet mount to strap it to the back of the boom, then about half a roll of tape. didnt use a post extension.

thinking of gettin and international 24 although me and my crew together only weigh 130kg(although still growing) is this enough to sail this boat?

@willwadd123 you mean 14? 130kg sounds light. we're about 140-150kg and some more weight would be handy above about 15-18kt. also depends on the rig, etc.
