Had a buddy come over a jump during a race up a ski hill and when he landed the suspension bolt broke on his left front side. It jerked the sled hard to the left and he fell off of it. If you were just watching it you'd think that he was a crappy driver and "crashed" but it was the broken bolt that caused him to fall off of it. It looked like he tried to save it in this youtube video but just couldn't.
