  • Hey Scott, you should find this truck again and give it a second chance at glory. :-)

  • @shadofax96 haha yeah right...this one's gotta be longg gone. I hadn't seen it for a while even when I posted this. Sounds awesome though, and I have some more footage I'll put up later.

    :D

  • wow awesome

  • Great vid!!!! LATE COMMENT

  • lol just a little ;)

  • ok thats weird i think the company's are lying because they are saying the same things exept backwords about sistering

  • Burrtec Waste Industries, Inc., its sister company EDCO Disposal Corporation and other Burrtec affiliated companies collectively make up the largest privately held solid waste management organization in the State of California.

Originally started by the Burr family in 1955, the Company is still owned and operated by the Burrs'.

this i cpyed from the burrtec website

  • Haha> Thought you were like a manager or something.

  • they dont own edco and escondido edco owns burrtec and escondiddo

  • edco and burrtec are the same edco by me always has there truck in burrtec yard cause they dont have a clue on fixing them same with victerville and apple valley and jacks disposal is all owned by burrtec even pomona riverside palm springs temple city

  • Just out of curiosity, was this video captured around your house? Does it ever come by, or is truck 44 the only one?

  • EDI tends to switch out trucks depending on truck availability. Only saw this one for a couple weeks in a row. There were months back when I was still using film where they'd send out a FL every week for the whole greens route...the good ol' days, now it seems to be 100% 44. Hope she breaks down one day so they send out a FL or some older EDCO MSL. For some reason, the trend tends to change around Christmas time, so cross your fingers!!

  • And yes, this was pretty nearby

  • because these guys have a yard in azusa, long beach, and fontana etc. I've seen the ya\rd in san diego too. they have a transfer.

  • yeah they're a good company~glad they still use MSLs!

  • WHAT CITY IS THIS IN?

  • San Diego county, actually in the city of Escondido. This truck is from EDCO waste and recycling...Why do you ask?

  • and EDCO is owned by BURRTEC

  • well, on the website they call burrtec a 'sister company'

  • BURRTEC used to sevice our home and i asked him wat companys do they one and he said EDCO and Escondido disposal

  • woooooowwwwww!

  • that compactor has got to be a sound violation...
