  • Yes but Americans got themselves into this mess. There is never something for nothing. Lack of regulation, predatory lenders, lack of State housing (dreaded US bogeyman, Socialism?) This mess was exported to the entire world including here in the UK. For Gods sake Americans get a life! And dont built economies on debt!

  • I have to agree. A lot of people were not thinking about what they were getting themselves into. I saw a show yesterday called house of cards that talks more about everything. A lot of these people in the real estate business should be in jail. Nobody is taking responsibility. They're all pointing the finger at everybody else.
