As it says in the description "the band released them for their EP entitled Sequoia Throne Remix for fans to mix their own versions." You can in fact get a tab of this song on Guitar Pro, but it will not sound remotely close to this.

you can hear that they recorded each individual section of the song then placed them together in protools rather than playing the whole song through then overdubbing the leads
