Also "Solo Wing Chan" is meaningless to the lot of you. It's the nickname of a good friend of mine who took Solo Wing's nickname for himself. Personally I think he deserves it, though I won't bother trying to explain why in 500 characters or less.

from the jp dialogue at the end, solo's call name is zhuravlik1, which is the russian name for Su-27. Seeing the extreme thrust vectorings (incl: the dramatic kulbit (upgrade of the su27's signature move -pugachev's cobra- at 3:38) this is prolly the author's idea of su27M(modernized) (su-35)-since the vid seems to be relatively old. the development with that frame+27 rear is the berkut su37/47

I always avoided using missiles in most of my other videos for two reasons.

One: I suck at evading missiles because I have the missile accuracy turned up way past real-life standards. ^_^;

Two: Dogfights with guns looks WAY cooler.

it's not based solely on the plane, it also has to do with the skill of the pilot flying the plane, F-22's are amazing but not invincible. Now you put an extroardinary pilot in an F-22, your in for one helluva show

The plane Ace of Spades is flying looks like a Suped up Raptor. with all the extra fins and things. And the plane Solo is flying looks like a mig29 got raped by a Su-47 Berkut. Anyway awesome dogfight, though I hate how manuverable those planes are. With those kinds of sudden movements you'd think those planes would break, especially with all those G's on them.

Well I learned through trial and error. Basically, find a bunch of video clips you wanna use, mess with the effects and cutting of Windows Movie Maker for a while and just keep screwing with it until you like it. :)

Btw, word of advice, NEVER delete your video project or your video files if you ever wanna go back and redo it.

They're fictional planes. Spade's plane looks like a hybrid between an F-15 and an XFA-27...and I dunno what Solo Wing's looks like. It looks like it has the nose of a Flanker, and I'm tempted to say F-16 but I don't know...

i think the closest "actual" plane to solo wing's is an s-47 because it has the fsw and similar body of the su-47 berkut but without the ailerons. also the body is sleeker than a sukhoi so it cannot be an s-47.
