well im glad i didn't offend you! my advice is when your are dipping down and stuff go fully down or when you do bend over and do like your hair fling bend all the way down.. fully do moves to the extent of your body but other than that you are really awesome and you should be really proud of yourself
I think your awesome on the pole they only thing is work on your acctual dancing technique.. your not a good dancer no offense hun but your pole moves are amazing!
@TheKenyaFierce none taken. Im all for constructive criticism. Sometimes when I freestyle, my mind goes blank and I never know what I want to do. IMO, im better with a fully choreographed routine.

I like your moves, I'm a fellow pole dancer and it makes me happy to see this! 3 minutes is a long time to pole dance.
