  • R they legal in kentucky plz comment back very intrested

  • Are they docile? Do they hurt if they bite?

  • If i get a male kinkajou....... I'm naming it Dobby.... XD LOL

  • @blackbearkoda don't let Bellatrix anywhere near it though!!!

  • I have looked online everywhere and cannot for the life of me get a clear answer if they are legal in my area or not. Do you know if they are legal or have regulations in Charlotte, N.C? I would love to have one and I have been reading on them for the past couple of years, but nobody seems to be able to give me a clear answer. I would hate to go off of these foggy opinions and end up breaking the law because I and the Kink would have to pay the consequences. Please, help me out? Thank you! ~Rach

  • when im older i would love to have a kinkajou i got a question tough are they dog friendly

    ?

  • How do u get one of those?

  • Why do people feel the need to make "pets" out of wild animals??? Leave them be in their natural habitats for god sake! Besides these animals contain some kind of bacteria in their mouth n if they bite you...well you'll be in a world of hurt.

  • @nytquil1

They have been bred legally in captivity for many generations; they aren't any wilder than dogs or cats or parakeets (all of which of course also have "wild" equivalents.) If you put one of these in its "natural" habitat it would die pretty quickly since they have never been in the wild and have been both bred and raised to be docile people-lovers.

  • @nytquil1 When will people like you learn that these animals are not just ripped out of the wild and put in homes? They are bred, born, and raised in captivity just like dogs and other "everyday" pets. They are used to people and enjoy being around people.

  • @IidoTheFox When will people like you learn that not every animal that looks "Cute" ought to be made into pets. When will people like you just let these animals back into their natural habitat? Oh yea because you are too selfish in your own ways to do so.

  • @nytquil1 Because these animals born in captivity would not be able to survive in the wild. Their natural instincts and ability to survive in the wild are severely dimenished when born in captivity.

To release captive born ones into the wild, is to send them to their death. It would be like putting a child into an adult boxing ring

  • @IidoTheFox It' like putting a child on a ledge of a balcony 15 stories up, and pushing them off.

  • @nytquil1 Your dumb.

  • So precious! Just learning about these adorable babies today; thanks for sharing your video! Please tell him not to go on the power lines ^_^ God bless!

  • i want one:(

  • how much was he/her?????????/ and if so do u got to have a premit it tx

  • This looks like a wonderful pet. What do they eat, how many, how often, cost, and what are they aggressive tendencies? Also, are they safe around children?

  • @pocacasper They are not "illegal to trade" if you purchase one from a licensed breeder, which we are double licensed with USDA and Texas PW. Just because something is nocturnal doesn't mean it inst a great pet...Hamsters are nocturnal...

  • @JandaExotics Rabbits, bunnies, cats, some breeds of dog, many domesticated birds, domesticated owls... these are all nocturnal. the list goes on and on and on.

  • @JandaExotics Do you need a license to own one? I live in Arizona, US.

  • @pocacasper It must be great living life being ignorant and only knowing half the facts. Must make making ignorant statements like this much more easier.

  • @pocacasper You are some kind of dumb..

  • @pocacasper lol theyre appendix III mate... completely legal to own and trade

  • @pocacasper i have a pair of kinkajous and tehy r awesome indoor pets!!!!

  • @pocacasper Oh yeah, I think they're terrible as well, because they form a life long bond with its owner.. Truly terrible.

  • @pocacasper I'm positive they know more about it than you do.

@JandaExotics congrats on being featured on animal planet!!

  • We raise them, they make wonderful pets! We will be featured on animal planet with one of our kinkajous in the fall; Pets 101 Nocturnal Pets episode

  • @JandaExotics I SAW THAT EPISOOOOOODE!!!! I really want a kinkajou, but do you need a license to own one in Arizona?

  • dude that is a wild animal how did you get one

  • @xxImCutUpxx

  • He or she's like oh thank god mate your here now I can get dry in the safety of my sheila's jacket and hair.

  • @GRIMREAPERSAPRENTICE they aren't from australia...

  • That totally makes me smile

  • That is a kinkajou.

  • Like if you jumped when she said "SEAN C'MERE!!!"

  • I want one!!!

  • i so dooo want one!

  • They make GREAT pets if you put in the time with them. They have two problems: They HURT if they get scared and bite, and if they get out without a fence or a harness, they are most likly GONE! Nice animal!

  • Do you know of anyone selling kinkajous in the western side of the usa?

  • Kinkajous are sometimes kept as pets. They are playful, generally quiet, docile, and have no noticeable odor. However, they can occasionally be aggressive. Kinkajous dislike being awake during the day, noise, and sudden movements. An agitated kinkajou may emit a scream and attack, usually clawing its victim and sometimes biting deeply.

Paris Hilton got bitten on her arm by her pet kinka.

  • @DippShits Haha, It bit her? I love it. I would bite her too if I was her pet

  • @DippShits shes a dumb bitch and deserves it anyway

  • were can i buy one

  • Aw he's so cute! I really want a Kinkajou lol

  • That is one cute kinkajou!
