These are really good videos. You are correct about reading the Bible cover to cover. I have to argue that Jesus and Satan were different, however. Jesus was equated with the morning star and so was Lucifer but I don't think Satan ever was. It is common to the mythology surrounding the Bible to think that Lucifer, Satan, and the Snake in Eden were all the same being. I don't think the Bible supports this. The Lord was Tetragrammaton, not Satan, and he was Solar; the Sun is often a tyrant.

It is common to the mythology surrounding the Bible to think that Lucifer, Satan, and the Snake in Eden were all the same being. I don't think the Bible supports this. The Lord was Tetragrammaton, not Satan, and he was Solar; the Sun is often a tyrant.

Chuckster you say jesus"chuey" wasn't in the old testament but if you look at who fell in Eden or the star that fell you'll see they're one in the same as the morningstar, so jesus has duped the people myself included till I started reading in the concordance. He does not cover your points but he does break down the bible and it's many flaws. Really helped me to break down the history of words. Thats it? Thats a weak argument. Even as a Christian I agree that you have to come to your own conclusions self-guided. And the most logical way would be to start from the beginning and move forward accordingly BUT do you think that out of the millions of people on earth no one has read the bible starting from page one? Is it possible that Luke 19:27 is a parable? The Gospels is a group of parables, so it's unlikely that it's pointing to an actual killing, same can be said for the next two verses you quoted.
But you do have a point, I used to go to Sunday school and they would teach this stuff the NT first, especially in Catholic school. Most catholics/christians/ don't even read the Bible =/
