But you don't need to have gmod to get why this is "laggy", actually it isn't even laggy, he took millions of screenshots to make these moves, It's called stop-motion, and this sure would look much smoother if he actually took more pictures to every move, but then that would be a pain in the ass if you know what I mean. But still, he took enough screenshots to this looks great.
