Islamic Fatwa Permits Killing of Innocents as Collateral Damage (Shaykh Muqbil)

the questioner asked is it allowed to kill with bombs and other heavy explosives weapons that even affect women and chidren of the kuffar, the sheikh replied at the end

the sheikh says

the prophet (AS) was asked "O Messenger of Allah, we attack the homes at night (ie kuffar homes) and are unable to see the difference between the people (ie between child and man or man and woman).

he (AS) Said "They belong to them"

the answer of the sheikh is " if this is the case no harm is done".
