Where are the best places in detroit to invest in property?

The best places? That depends on what you want to do and how you want it done. I like the North Westside, Russel Woods area,Warrendale, parts of eastside close to 8mile and Gratiot, streets like Lasalle, Sturtevant, Vaughn, Freeland ave..go check them out on mapquest.
