Many scientists believe in Creation! The controling factor in University, however, sequester and terminate the ones who can prove evolution false. It's all about wanting you to not believe in God, for Lucifer, the enemy of God wants us a his slaves. Christ is God, and He came to free us. It's very sad that brainwashed people won't even look into the truth, even if they lose their souls, and be cast into Hell. @777godwithme I agree with the bulk of your statements. However, the soul is eternal; the soul and the self are one. It is misleading to tell a person they can lose their soul and be cast to Hell in the eternal, never-to-be undone sense. This kind of dogma creates all sorts of unwanted reactions in the minds and hearts of men and what gives religion a bad name. Chill on the "You'll go to Hell!" bit. It's neophyte and counterproductive.

@parkerjwill To lose one's soul, also is to lose one's body, as new bodies will be given to those who believe. The carnal body is destined to corruption anyway, to those who do not believe.."For what is a man profited. if he shall gain the whole World, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?" Mat. 16:26 God is not and never was religious...It's all about a personal relationship with Him throughout the bible.One can't argue with God, and these are His words.

"Abandon all varieties of religion and just surrender unto Me. I shall deliver you from all sinful reaction. Do not fear." [Bhagavad-gītā As It Is, 18.66] Agreed on the religion part. But less informed persons often confuse God to be religion, negating God because of "religious" people. The soul is eternal, cannot be lost. The body is ephemeral, doomed to death. Mat.16.26 means do not be of the world, do not lose yourself in illusory, false ego, carnal desires.

Good content but it really downplays and misrepresents scientific theories like evolution. Science is a METHOD, not a doctrine, so saying "science believes" is off center.

Parts of the scientific community can be fanatical, just like factions of the religious community.

If anything, study of the big bang, evolution, et al can enhance, rather than "oppose" the study of sacred texts

@videononsense Science to be science has to sometimes transcend methodology when even attempting to understand the energy and intelligence behind the first peice of matter, and the first law of thermodynamics. We can only develope methods to that which we can understand. Only by Spiritual regeneration, by God can we know and understand things beyon our material realm.
