Neo Geo Bins

I'm using Nebula, and I can't get any of my .bin ROMS to work. It tries to load them, but it keeps telling me there are files missing. I am trying to play Pulstar and Blazing Star, but to no avail. Am I doing something wrong, or are the ROMs just incomplete?

hey i downloaded KOF 2004 and its .rom so is there a bin vr of this or i have to convert it?

when you find the Neo Geo games online they are most likely in .zip format. Inside the zip there are other files. Some end in .rom.  You want the ones that have .bin.
