You need to work on this change - both the smoothness and the way you do it, your making it harder than it is. You shouldn't be teaching it if you can't do it correctly - and you shouldn't be teaching it on youtube anyway.

Depending on your presntation, the sound can add to the trick. Or, before pulling the color change, riffle the deck once or twice like you're warming up. It produces almost the same sound.

cardini uses two hands but ego uses one. ego looks MUCH better because you dont need to have unnecessary movements to change the card. look up teojeff's "pip matrix" to see a FLAWLESS ego change.
