couldn't tell you, but the ultimate vice city mod is easy enough to use...just load vice city on your PC, download the install package from cNet (don't forget the update), run the package, and voila, you now have 1 car that goes as fast as all the ones you see in the video(s)

yes, on the ultimate vice city mod, the supra has a different handling line. i've also tuned it so that all the cars share this handling line, so it's go fast on all of them. you do not have to get the ultimate vice city mod in order to change the handling line and make your cars faster.

all you have to do is take a police car drive, by your garage, start the vigilante mission, go in your garage with the cop car, get out, leave the garage type in big bang, go back in your garage within 40 seconds get in the car again, get out leave the garage, do big bang, and keep doing it until you get that much money

it's easy to do. just grab the hunter, hit r3 and fly around the city blowing up criminals on vigilante mission. i played it to level 5000 once. you hit max cash in less than 3.
