you're right, this would be really harsh for most people's skin. i think the #1 mistake most people make with acne treatment is using products that overdry, causing more acne. i recently discovered how bad alcohol is for your skin, and i was shocked to realize how many products contain high percentages of it, listing it as the first or second ingredient, even those labeled for sensitive skin
@suelynn76 I really enjoyed this vid, thank you for posting--I will definitely try the multicleaner method rather than use a cleasning oil; I use DHC's and I think it is breaking me out. Can you share what about the acne(dot)org regimen is more harsh? I've looked at their regimen, and the BPO concentration they recommend is less (2.5%)--is it the *amount* of BPO they recommend using that makes it more harsh?
the theory that i came up with is once i started using alot of skincare stuff my skin got really bad so then i stoped last year and everything cleared up completely , serious i don't use anything except water.. no matter what you do with your skin as long as it works well there's no reason to be ashamed :)
i dont wear makeup anywhere cept my eyes and lips. And no, it's far from flawless, but if you look at my skin a couple of months ago.. it did a total 360 :p But one of the reasons i gave up skin care products, is because even if 1 product in your routine works.. you need like 3 others to follow up after. If the cleanser doesn't break me out, the moisturizer does. I didnt wanna deal with the guessing game anymore and stuck to just water.
i think T3 pimple gel+ for scare free acne-care is good. I'm using it and it keep me look flawless. I have my 2nd tube now. I found that Oxy is a bit oily, so I choose T3
My b f is using these:
Himalayan mud face mask is good too. After wash off, skin is fresh and smooth. Acne aid is pretty nice too.
I think it depends on the tea tree oil product's concentration.
If it contains a high percentage of the oil, it may still cause irritation. I've also heard it makes some people break out more (could be the purging process tho)...

Yup - really harsh. But I don't use anything with alcohol in it. Since I skip the toner step anyway...

But I don't think it's as harsh as acne(dot)org tho...

It's so ironic that when we try to "take care" of it, breakouts occur :(
But seriously, only water? Wow! That must mean your skin is flawless to not need a base, since water can't remove makeup base efffectively? :O

You are using the T3 as spot treatment, or all over?
I use BP all over mixed with the Oxy moisturiser, so it's not oily at all! I guess the dryness of BP counteracts the Oxy moisturiser's oilyness?

OMG! Fuz's routine is so comprehensive, from whitening to anti-aging to EVERYTHING - I'm almost ashamed :P

Thank you the advice. Though I think BP is a little too harsh for my sensitive skin. What do you think of tea tree oil? I heard it's more gentle.

Trial and error... :)
