@HerediaIV honestly, it took years to develop what i have now and i do not consider my self big. I say build a foundation first with light weight chest exerises, and build onto that frame once you are experinced with heavy lifting.
@MMeehan45 Thanks man and that's a good max for your age. If you want to make your max go up, do lots of body weight exercises like pushups. From my experience, when I was beginning to lift I did more body work vs. the actual hard lifting to build a base so when I got to my age I am now I would have a good frame to work with. An addition it really helps your form. if you need any advice or anything we can help and give you thoughts based on our own transformation experience.
