Well by definition the iPad is a PC. I don't personally count it as one. If you want to, then you must also count. every game console. Cellphone, server, pda. Ect as one. This would put companies like Motorola, Nokia, IBM, Sony. And Nintendo ahead of Apple.

@BlueFoxTV Yeah, I got into an argument with this guy and he made a valid point that there's a difference between the technical definition of "computer" and the cultural one. An iPad is a tablet and though it computes, it's not really a "computer" 'cause you can't do all the things you can do on an actual PC. For example, the ASUS EEESLATE is a real computer. Though a tablet, it runs Windows (And you can install other os'es on it) and had USB ports amd can run far more powerful apps.

@KashgroundTM yeah gaming grade laptops are super expensive since everything has to be squeezed down to fit inside, plus they are heavy (like eight pounds +) so they are like lugging around a dumbbell.

Worst part is you cant service them yourself without voiding any warranty, so even a small problem like a fan going out means weeks with no computer while its away for repair at the manufacturer.

I been building my own towers from parts since the mid 1990s, its the way to go.

I've been a proud PC owner for the past 10+ years and I love Windows 7, I was able to use OSX on a Macbook Air for a whole week and absolutely loved it! I just like PCs because they're generally cheaper and gaming is much more feasible. I plan to get mac eventually and still be a PC owner, really all of those that say that either Windows 7 or OSX sucks is really a just dumb fanboy who's trying to get others to agree that his decision was the best...both OS's are fantastic, that's the bottom line
