The initial act of aggression is the strangulation blockade of the Gazans b Israel. To say nothing of the frequent forays into Gaza by the IDF resulting in the deaths of hundreds of Gazans.

Israel is required by international law to remove the blockade and to take down the settlements in the W Bank. The recent mass murder spree by Israel should be the last straw.

Israel did leave Gaza yes, but they still control its borders, still control its air space, still control its water and are free to send commandos to take out elected Hamas officials at their will.
