I honestly don't know if Liz would agree to a record deal if brought up to her! She has years of prior experience on Broadway, is doing Broadway while simultaneously being apart of Victorious and has said many times that she plans to go back to Broadway after Victorious. Honestly, Liz belongs on Broadway. I would rather see her successful with Victorious than go back there than have her signed. Broadway is where its at. You need SERIOUS talent to get there like she has.

I know people say that they wish Liz had the same opportunities that some of her castmates are getting, but I think it's smart for her to wait. You have to realize that the people pushing the others behind-the-scenes are the same ones who will be responsible for their careers getting wiped out in the phony teen hype machine that Nickelodeon is trying to recreate from Disney. Liz will have real career longevity if she stays out of that artificial, overproduced world the others are falling into.

I think you are right, that the real talent is in the secondary characters, but I think that the main characters in those series can't find any other work. They are talented, but this is all they're gonna have. As secondary characters, they get the work without being branded one character for life.

I think Liz Gillies and Ariana Grande both have their own merits. Keep in mind, people, that we don't know them. We just know their voices and their on-screen character. And who they're paid to be in publicity/interviews.

@thoseicyeyes I honestly don't think more solo time for her or Ariana will happen. They both sing beautifully but the show is called VicTORIous. Which is why when they do get to sing, it's usually in a group or with Tori. I mean their vocals would totally upstage Tori's. I think that both Ariana and Liz are so much more talented than Victoria... though I will not doubt Victoria's appeal. I like her too but thesevoices are so freaking fantastic. I have to say I loved the Victorious Episode where Andre fell in love with Jade... I got to hear Liz's voice.  I hope they get to feature them more.
