  • @YASH6183 They really are. I've been trying to learn that!

I didn't know it was an actual move ;D

  • I've been watching your video for while, and it helped me alot. I was just wondering, what do you do for living? Do you teach taekwondo?

  • @SuperIsmael59 breathing as you strike. keeps you positive. an in a fight if you not breathe an your hit well you is in trouble. *im drunk atm* bad explaining hehe . just BREATHE!

  • You are a beast!! Keep up the good work!!

  • Can you make a tutorial on the inside crescent kick?

  • @SuperIsmael59 breathing in is very important during training, that's why he says shhh, it's kind if breathing in

  • What was your injury man??

  • Your balance is impressive................

  • damn you make tha bag look so fucking lite...

  • 2.15

  • what are those black things your wearing on your feet? and what are they for ?

  • @afromusician1 like hand wraps but for your ankles. Ankle wraps, when you kick you don't want to break your ankles like you don't want to break your wrists when punching.

  • He makes the bag look lite

  • How heavy is that bag? 150lbs?

  • Go in the ufc!

  • @kwonkicker please make a video or give a short tip on any video to avoid back pains....

  • @kwonkicker :)wish u recover well :)thanks for your videos ,learn a lot from them !!

  • Hey Kwon! Any tips on bad ankle sprains and getting back into kicking?

  • @jerald97100

Read the comment, jerald. U wun get an ans lol

  • speak spanish please

  • how heavy was the heavy bag?

  • I wanted to ask you about the taekwondo ''scream'' it's probably traditional but i haven't seen you do it. Master Woo does it, how come you're not doing it??

  • @westcostmtvcustoms I used to give out a yell with each kick back in my olympic sparring days. It's primary purposes were to grab the judges attention or to annoy/anger your opponent, so that he/she'd make a mistake. But I find it much easier to regulate my breathing during normal training or long sparring bouts by using exhales. I may still give out a yell during an extra hard attack, but not all the time.

  • Hey man nice vid, what you think will develope better striking, a hanging bag or a freestanding bag?

  • Are you planning on having anymore Pro-Kickboxing matches?

Also do you think you will be heading back to Thailand anytime in the near future?

  • and also do you think this heavy bag is better than a freestanding one?

  • when did you get a hanging bag :O lol

  • haha it's a little disheartening to see that your medium power kicks are about as strong as my full power kicks, but it does encourage me to train more so I can catch up to your level

  • ur gloves are the worse gloves ever

  • @3terminatorgr ahaahahahhaa like as if he would to have nice gloves he would put more power into his kicks and punches, grow up kid

  • Did u use roundhouse kick or round kick

  • what do u do for living? do u life from martial arts?

  • nice muhammed ali style gloves :)

  • I know this has been said? But have you ever considered becoming an MMA fighter?

  • @ 2:17 when you do a series of kicks like that. What would be a " counter or technique to defend against that? Only thing i could think of is get out of the way. Next, what is a good way to condition the: shins, & in steps of the foot. I asked this before with someone on Youtube, perhaps you will answer. Oh, condition forarms as well. I'm into Hapkdo, but i need to mix styles up. Thanks

  • 58kg?? How tall are you?

  • That's a lot of power in the legs. Deadly kicks.

  • I like your training, with combo just like in kickboxing punch punch kick,I realy love that kick combo on minute 2:15 that tipe of kick I see only in tkd...kicks look nice but I dont thing you can use it in a real fight or match,I wasnt know that tkd us elbow just like muaythai.VERY NICE

  • How much did it cost you to get all the mats and the sheets? I've watched your videos for a long time and I like how your training room looks now, compared to the old days where you had random furniture (which I assume the sheets hide) and darker lighting.

I'm slowly trying to turn my garage into a more comfortable place to train, but it's hard finding reasonably thick mats for a good price.

And also thank you for taking time to make these videos, it helps my sparring immensely.

  • you have special thecnic and big passion with the art,my opinion with respect is that you must take some kilos to have destroy kicks and punches.

  • I can't wait to see you in K1

  • Было бы у меня дома столько места

  • Everlast gloves ?

  • LOL just noticed the user name FuckinPopsiclesBitch LOL!

anyways that bag looks rock solid from top to bottom.

are you training for a fight again?

  • Suddenly I feel better about Myself.

Because Im not the only Person whos Hand or Hands shake rapidly right before an Attack. It pleases Me more that its someone of Your Caliber.

  • See you got the Muhammad Ali collection gloves. cool. I'm from Louisville and a big fan of your videos.

  • Didn't know you were that light, thought you would've weighed in at 75kg or something O:

  • Cool new video. I want to take taekwondo but it cost like 100 a month...

  • Is it strange to say that I probably would have watched the whole session had you posted it?

  • 6:48 -- the gloves are coming off. You know Kwonkicker's pissed, now.

That bag better run for the hills. :-)

  • Nice to see you back at it, Kwon. I would also like to see a fight sequence. I thought your old stuff was great and it would be nice to see you do some nice choreography again.

  • How you liking your new bag? It seems pretty densely packed.

  • correct style

  • New Heavy bag looks durable.. how much you pay ?

  • The bag disliked this video! :D

  • @kwonkicker Oh and also, are you going to make Muay Thai videos? (tutorials, tips/ pointers)

  • @kwonkicker How long have you been doing any form of martial art?

  • @kwonkicker Hey what school you study at?

  • I want muscles xD

I love ur videos, they're very inspiring :)

  • Good especially the quick tkd kicks

  • Where do I get those wrapping you wear on your feet from? Btw nice video.

  • man i hope you get better.

  • can you do a tutorial on that move you did on 3:29?

  • 2:14 i h8 wen i lose my balance while practicing that lol i havent been practicing

  • When you kick, do you kick with your instep, low, or middle part of your shin?

  • @FuckinPopsiclesBitch Hopefully my answer is good but it's most likely he kicks with the low part of the shin because kicking with the middle of the shin is the easiest to break and the instep can be condition but is made up of tinier bones in the foot which can break compared to the lower shin which is a thick, soild bone

  • @FuckinPopsiclesBitch In traditional Kukki TKD we can strike with every solid part of our body. So the answer would be all, but primarily the instep, ball, heel, knife edge and sharp side of the lower half of the shin.

  • @kwonkicker is that a scar on the back of your head? any advice for a guy whos bout to put his hand up for a kick boxing fight? love the vids mate keep them comin

  • @FuckinPopsiclesBitch Never kick with the middle of your shin, that is the area most prone to breaking. Always upper or lower shin if you are striking with your shin that is.

  • @2:14 I think the adrenaline was starting to kick in lol

  • I remember in your video for stretching for stiff people that you said you had problems with tearing the muscles on your gleutes. It's good to see your back to normal again, I love to get on youtube and see that you've uploaded something new. Take care.

  • @kwonkicker Awwww >_>. Hope it recovers permanently so that you won't worry about it in the future. Lingering injuries like that literally holds you back.

  • @kwonkicker

that's funny! I just had a similar injury. I was wondering if it was going to last :/ What's the best way to heal muscle tear?

  • u ever considered doing MMA??? i've seen your videos and all i think you're missing is jujitsu.

  • @chingon711 I've trained in submission wrestling, which is pretty much just gi-less grappling.

  • @kwonkicker Then what stops you from beginning MMA carier? All you need to win is to have excellent takedown escapes - and your opponent will be totaled))))

  • @kwonkicker how long you have trained SW?

  • @kwonkicker

I support chingon711's cause. Have you heard of a style called Hapkido? If yes, any opinions? I'm going to start Shukokai Karate next january, have later plans for Hapkido because of its extensive contact & grappling techniques.

  • random question, are you a fan of Cung Le?

  • @kwonkicker Kwon what do you think about Superman Elbows, like during a clinch or from a distance?

  • can you make a tutorial on that rolling kick that marius zaromskis did?

  • excellent real job thank you very much for everything you taught us a greeting, would be nice to make a video of a series of abdominal and lajartijas and squats or whatever to practice at home Thank you Greetings from Mexico City
