medium 3-4 high 5-6+
also remember that plants do better with a certain wavelenght, this is measured by k rating or nm.
look for the bulbs that say specificaly for plant growth.
and remember that as light enters your tank it is being deflected, and loosing strength, so if you haven;t lots of money for a good compact flourescent, vho or metal halide system,floatplan
Thanks! It's not my tank, and the guy has probably had to take it with him by now as he probably has finished his studies, but this film will remain as a memory of a particularly nice tank long after the fishes themsleves and the plants are gone.

Szczecin isn't my city, but from what I know there was an enforced evacuation by the communist authorities. There are very few of the pre 1945 residents left in there.
This is of course very tragic for the German people concerned, but let's remember:
1. The BRD looked after them well, and
2) Poland lost far more territory than she gained from the Yalta arrangement.
